CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are free of charge and needs to be scheduled by calling (646) 275-0496 or emailing nycmicroblading@gmail.com. Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment. All techniques and process will be explained at your initial appointment. However, if you want to come for information or patch test prior your appointment, feel free to do so!

 

SCHEDULING AND DEPOSITS

Permanent makeup by Anna Ruci operates by appointments only.

Deposit of $50 is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. Please allow 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.

 

LATE POLICY

Please familiarize yourself with our location and prepare yourself for New York traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 15 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

 

GUESTS POLICY

Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, pets, friends to accompany you into the studio.

 

PROCESS

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care!

 

TOUCH UP

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Touch up session is required 4-8 weeks after first session.

If you schedule your touch up appointment for any reason outside of 8 weeks frame additional charges will be applied.

 

PROCESS

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (nycmicroblading@gmail.com). Not every old tattoo can be covered, and removal may be needed. After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you.

Do not book "Touch up" service, if your previous tattoo was not done by me and outside of 4-8 weeks time frame.

 

PAYMENT

Cash and all major credit/debit cards - are accepted.

No refunds. Prices are subject to change. Permanent makeup by Anna Ruci reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
